She was predeceased by: her son Anthony Wade Shifflet; and her siblings, Karen Myers, Sue Myers, Marylynn Myers and John Myers.
She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Harold and Mildred Maxine Myers (McCrary); her children, John Daniel Shifflet (Betty) of Mt, Harold Shifflet (Debbie) of Kenton and Rebecca Ann Madison of Jefferson City; her brother Asa Myers (Joan) of Florida; and also Max Myers (Kathy) of Florida. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
