Hoffman of Murfreesboro, TN and Jeffrey N. Hoffman (Kathy) of Jefferson City, MO; his grandson Jacob Z. Hoffman of Fort Bliss; his daughter Jenna M. Hoffman of Jefferson City, MO; and his brother Paul J. Hoffman of Omaha, NE.
