She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Jacobs and Elsie Jacobs (Pauls); her former husband James Ray; her husband Ray Staffy; her siblings, May Jacobs, Elsie Gaul, Pearl Jacobs, Merville Jacobs and Donald Jacobs; and her granddaughter Jamie Rae Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Grub of Rockford, Jim Ray (Linda) of Byron, Illinois and Shiela Dinwiddie (Lowin) of Eldon, MO; and her grandchildren, Lori Carlson (Troy), Derick Beanland (Rachel), Jared Stark and Anthony Stark. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
