He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis H. Elseman, Sr. and Jessie (Thompson); and his son-in-law Steven McLeod. He is survived by: his wife Carol N. Elseman (Steen); his children, Beverly Elseman of Rocky Mount, MO, Sarah Elseman of Columbia, MO, Betty Elseman of Versailles, MO, Tim Elseman (Jo-Ann) of Custer, SD and Phillip Elseman (Lisa) of Inola, OK.; his grandchildren, Conan Fischer (Jean), Danica Fischer, Fielding Elseman (Emily), Tyler McLeod, Zachary Elseman (Rachael) and Whitney Elseman; and his brother Lloyd Elseman (Lois) of Dixon, MO.
Family is requesting those attending services to follow CDC guidelines and wear face masks and practice social distancing.
