He is survived by: his wife Marsha Scheulen; his children, Bobbie Jo Sheppard (Mike) of Hartville, Rusty Scheulen of Eldon and Haley Rogers (Brett) of Barnett; and his siblings, Ruby Witt-Mims of Eldon, Bobbie Witt (Ronnie) of Barnett, Francis Watson (Larry) of Rocky Mount and Bernard Scheulen of Meta. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
