He is survived by: his children, Steven Lawrence Blackwell, Michael Ray Blackwell, James Bradley Blackwell (Mary Lou), Karin Sue Burton (Ben) and Mark Alan Blackwell; and his sisters, Betty Jackson (Blackwell) and Velma Blackwell. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
