He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Toepfer; his brother Ted Dowler (Beth) of Springfield, Missouri; his brother-in-law Gene Toepfer (Jan) of Alameda, California; his sons, Michael Dowler (Paula) of Marshfield and Tim Dowler (Mark Smith) of Dallas, Texas; his grandchildren, Stephanie Yeager (Kyle) of Springfield and Shelby Dowler (Monica) of Bolivar, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Kailey and Natalynn Yeager of Springfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and good friends.
