He is survived by: his fiancée Theresa Johns; his son Jessee Upton of Jefferson City, MO; his siblings, Tom Upton (Shawna) of Lake Ozark, MO and Lisa Porter (Patrick) of Lake Ozark, MO; his stepchildren, Josh Johns of Lake Ozark, MO and Megan Bungart of Eldon, MO; and his grandsons, Colton and Lane Bungart of Eldon, MO. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
