She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Cox; and her sisters, Dawn Curtis and Renee Hudecek. She is survived by: her mother Irene Jacobs (Box) of Arizona; her husband Jerry Ruppel of Dixon; her children, Josh Ruppel (Megan) of Jefferson City and Jodi Ruppel (Eddie) of Meta; her grandson Jerry Lee Ruppel Jr.; and her siblings, Anthony Cox, Jill Cox and Nadine Wilhelm.
