He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Grisham and Margaret Grisham (Nichols); his daughter Angela K. Grisham; and his siblings, Edward Grisham and Marjorie Ledbetter.

He is survived by: his wife Verona Grisham (Thiemann); his children, Donna Currence (Richard), Sue Poniewaz (Edward), Jim Grisham (Polly) and John Grisham (Lorrie); his grandchildren, Amy Currence, Linsey Shekas (Stephen), Chad Schaffer (Missy), Candice Sears (John), Dustin Schaffer (Nicole), Ashley Kretsinger (Matt), Nick Grisham (Emily), Jordan Grisham, Chase Grisham, Austyn Grisham, Hattie Grisham and Holden Grisham; and his great grandchildren, Johnathan Sears, Isabelle Sears, Emma Sears, Mia Schaffer, Stephen James Shekas, Livia Schaffer, William Schaffer, Kyra Schaffer, Henry Kretsinger, Alayna Schaffer, Hayes Kretsinger, Logan Schaffer, Indie Grisham and Akre Grisham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
