He is survived by: his wife Pam Nations; his daughter Beth Johnson (Charley) of Eldon, MO; his grandchildren, Olivia Johnson and Cole Johnson; and his siblings, Kenny Hicks of Camdenton, MO, Alma Duncan of Eldon, MO, Jean Duncan (Harold), Ruby Morgan (Marshall) of Eldon, MO, Wanda Eidson of Eldon, MO and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
