He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Davis and Opal Davis (McVey); his spouse Shirley Mae Lawson; his son Brent Davis; his stepson Ronnie McCullom; and his brothers, Dean Davis, Dale Davis, Delbert Davis and Donald Davis.
He is survived by: his friends, Chiefs Football and Royals; his daughter-in-law Linda Davis Shoup (Tim) of Ponca City, OK; his grandchildren, Lindsey Willow, Dereck Davis, Dustin Davis, Aaron Davis, Brandon Davis, Colby Davis, Britney Davis Purdom, Bryce Davis and Braden Davis; his great grandchildren, Ashley, Lexi, Desiree, Brice Willow, Charla Davis, Brockton Davis, Landon Davis, Camden Davis, Kingston Davis, Emmy Purdom and Braxton Davis; his stepchildren, Ervina Kahler (Jim) of Raymore, MO, Jerry McCollum (Linda) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Richard McCollum (Lois) of Kansas City, MO; his sister Carol Naylor (Gerald) of Lucas, KS; and his sisters-in-law, Winnie Davis of Lee's Summit, MO, Patsy Wells (Charles) of Slaughter, KY and Marie Hearn of Wichita, KS.. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren, and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
