Gene left this world on March 28, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Joseph Bauer, Sr.; and his stepparents, Mary Bauer and Donald Hoehn. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine A. Hoehn (Supinski) of St. Louis, MO; his children, Katherine S. Bauer of Chicago, IL and Kenneth E. B. Vaughn of Versailles, MO; his siblings, Mary Ann Bartman (Larry), Jeffrey A. Bauer, Joseph W. Bauer, Timothy M. Bauer and Christina M. Benoit (Martin); and his stepsiblings, Douglas Hoehn and Sheila Barker. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026).
