He is survived by: his mother Olivia Acosta (Dixon); his daughters, Danielle Burke of Eldon and Hailey Burke of Osage Beach, Missouri; his grandchildren, Delylah Simmons, Hazel Stokes and Daylen Stokes; his brothers, Paul Massey of St. Louis, Kenneth Massey of Troy, Michael Fields of Camdenton and Frank Schulte of St. Louis, Missouri; and the mother of his children Dena Shockley of Eldon, Missouri. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
