He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin F. Basham and Rozenna "Rose" Basham (Spurgeon); and his siblings, Dwight Basham and Judy Bridgewater. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Basham (Reven); his son Brian Dwayne Basham (Amanda); his grandsons, Julien Basham, Carter Basham, Grant Basham, Garrett Basham and Ethan Ferrin; and his brothers, David Basham (Kim), Bruce Anderson and Danny Brumley (Shelly).
