She was predeceased by: her parents, Abrham Hendry and Ruby Hendry (Pettengill); her former husband James Alfred Abbett (Al); her husband Ronald Allen Hickey; and her sons, Randy Lee Abbett, James Douglas Abbett and Bruce Allen Hickey.

She is survived by: her son Thomas Abbett of Eldon; her daughter-in-law Linda Abbett; her daughters, Rhonda Simmons (Hickey) and Paula Koerner (Hickey); her grandchildren, Tabatha, Angel, Chris, Darrin, Michelle, Laura, Meghan, Emily, Morgan, Ashley and Brant; her siblings, Betty Roark and Dick Hendry; and her niece Bobbie Lee Roark. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Great Grandchildren.
