He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" and Bonnie Turner (Phillips); and his sister Lorraine Burris. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Turner (Conger); his children, Erin Turner of St. Louis, MO, Angela Jones (Bryan) of Versailles, MO and John Hornback (Angel) of Tuscumbia, MO; his grandchildren, Arthur, Adelaide, Bailey, Brittany, Brandon, Tiffani, Kyla, Kiesha and Mark; his sister Glenda Turner of St. Elizabeth, MO; and his friends, Clinton Wyrick and Ray Dean Smith. He is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren.
