He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Holdren and Jacqueline L. Holdren (Pangburn); his fiancée Pam Higgenbothem; and his siblings, Scott D. Holdren, James T. Holdren, Vicki Blake and Robin Kay.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Kurtz, Jeffery Holdren and Suzanne Paul. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
