He is survived by: his children, Kristen, Shelly, Michael of Russellville, MO and Rebecca of Russellville, MO; his grandchildren, Gavin and Lauryn; his aunt Norma Tubbs of High Point, MO; his mother-in-law Shirley Crall of Eldon, MO; and his daughter-in-law Amy.
