With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Gordon Wasmer of Eldon, Missouri, born in Versailles, Missouri, who passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chester Gordon Wasmer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wasmer and Ruby Wasmer (Speck); his son Larry Gordon Wasmer; and his siblings, Shirley Wasmer and Paul Warren Wasmer.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Wasmer; his children, Chester Lyle Wasmer (Debbie), Steven Leroy Wasmer, Sandra Ledon Hanna and Cynthia Levon Smith (Michael); his siblings, Ronald Wasmer, Helen Payne and Mindy Smith; and his grandchildren, Sara, Philip, Lisa, Dusty, Tesi, Dale, Rebekah, Nathaniel, Hannah, Timothy, Lydia and Emily. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be made to New Life Assembly of God Building Fund.
