He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benton and June Louise Taylor (Lawbaugh); and his brother Mark Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie Taylor (Clark); his children, Dodi Murray, Stacy Taylor and Eddie Balch; his grandchildren, Kenny Davenport, Amber Bishop, Derek Bishop, Elisha Stickney, Ian Stickney, Lucas Stickney, Emily Lewis, Hunter Lewis, Mercedes Shephard, Madison Kusmanoff and Gage Balch; his aunt Arlene Jones Along; and his children, Toby Taylor and Alisha Stickney.
