He is survived by: his children, Stephen D. Phillips (Sandra) of Clinton, Missouri, Vickey L. Richey (Dennis) of Warrensburg and Diana I. Richey (Gary) of Calhoun, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Phillips of Warrensburg. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
