He is survived by: his wife Doris McGuirk; his daughters, Crystal Whitaker (Ron) and Denise Cartwright (Mike); his grandchildren, Zachary, Megan Whitaker, Madison Whitaker, Ashlie, Bradley and Cailey Cartwright; his great grandchild Rhett Wade Whitaker; his sister Gayle Teague (Neale); and his siblings-in-law, Don McCormick (Shirley), Judy Reeves (Paul) and Kent Ed McGuirk (Judy).
