He is survived by: his son Bryan Downer (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Keilei of Springfield, Missouri, Nathaniel of Springfield, Missouri and Alexis of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Lowell Downer (Joan), Marcy Ozanne (Lonnie) of Greenback, Tennessee and Melody Willard (Downer) of Maryville. He is also survived by 14 Nieces and Nephews and 22 Great Nieces and Nephews.
