He is survived by: his wife Becky Dade; his pet Mic; his sons, Timothy Dade of Walker, MO and David Dade (Cheri) of Springfield, MO; his grandsons, Aaron Dade (Kellie) of Nevada, MO, Ethan Dade (Kayla) of Nevada, MO, Taylor Dade of Chesterfield, MO and Jordan Dade of Springfield, MO; and his stepchildren, Jonathan Chisam (Jessica), Sheri Raynor (Zach), Rachel Baty (Amanda Koehn) and Shelby Anderson (Jamie). He is also survived by thirteen step-grandchildren.
