He was predeceased by: his father Olaf Ehlers; and his brother-in-law Jim Thompson. He is survived by: his mother Lola Ehlers; and his siblings, Gloria Keith (Robert) of Seneca, Rita Thompson, Connie Bartlett (Jerry) of Olathe, Kansas, Stanley Ehlers (Jenean) of Stockton, Kathy Bradley (Lance) and David Ehlers (Danita). He is also survived by six nieces and three nephews; and six great nieces and seven great nephews, as well as many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Filley Christian Church and left at the funeral home.
