She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Julian and Eunice Mae Julian (Summer); her son Dennis Hlavacek; her husband George Hlavacek; her brothers, Kenneth Lee Julian, Cecil Julian, Howard Julian and John Julian; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Julian, Faye Julian, Alice Julian-Brown and Linda Julian.
She is survived by: her grandson Michael Hlavacek (Christy) of Springfield, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Kace, Ethan and Madison; her daughter-in-law Dalinda Hlavacek; and her siblings, Mary (Jack Lady) and Frank Julian. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends.
