He is survived by: his wife Robbie Chase; his daughters, Rhonda (Don York), Jeannie Kee (Shellaine Krohne), Jennifer Chase and Martha Chase of Kansas City, MO; his granddaughters, Melanie (Zach Pumphery), Julianne Wood (Simon Robertson) and Alissa Wood of Kansas City, MO.; and his great grandchild Grayson David of Kansas City.
