She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Jean Forest (Yarnell), Sandi Rae Bouchard (Yarnell) of San Antonio, Texas, Cheri Kay Allison (Greg) and Terri Lynne Carver (Shane) of Monte Vista, Colorado; and her siblings, Charlene Johnson (Russell) of Weaubleau, Patricia Bender of Vandalia, Missouri and Charles Decker.
