She was predeceased by: her parents, William Warner Leonard and Dorothy Mildred Turner Leonard; her husband Deral Floyd Mays; her siblings, Lula Kay McCullick (Leonard), Judy Leonard, Mary Beth Leonard, Dorothy Helen Leonard, Mildred Hines, Bill Leonard, Daniel Leonard and Charles Leonard; and her grandchildren, Jessie Bell and Zachary Bell.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Debbie Cornejo, Donna Rock, Gayle, Danny Bell and Sheila; and her brothers, Willis, Hank, David and John Leonard. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
