She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest; her parents, Ralph Crawford and Theo Crawford; and her stepchildren, Stephen Easley and Margaret Berry.
She is survived by: her sons, David Bozarth, Mark Bozarth (Lisa) of Olathe, KS and Brent Bozarth (Kelly) of Newport Beach, CA; her siblings, Jeanette Mooney (John) of Springfield, MO and George Crawford (Carol) of San Antonio, TX; her sister-in-law Jewell Darr of Wasilla, AK; and her stepchildren, Jim Easley (Doris) of Galt, CA, Matthew Easley (Jennifer) of Tecumseh, KS, Pamela Easley of Metro, CA and Victoria Easley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
