He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Parks and Wynetta Parks (Clutter); his wife Myrna Lea Parks (McCullick); and his grandparents, Dean and Thyra Clutter.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Dean Parks (Kelle) of Monument, CO and Kerri Ruth Parks-Klotz (Kelly); his siblings, Neil Parks (Sherry) of Fordland, MO, Leonard Parks (Renne) of North Carolina, Myra Dickinson (Parks) of Clinton, MO, Jeanne Parks of Roscoe, MO and Jody Jacobs (Parks) of Warsaw, MO; his granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth Crawford (Parks) of Nortonville, KS; and also, Ryan Pixler, Jordan Ramey, Ashlan, Bobby Burgess, Zachary Parks, Ethan Parks, Maxwell Slater and Oliver Parks. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
