He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vivian and Katrina Merle Green (Ridgway); his sons, Larry Curtis (Linda) and Cliff; and his daughter-in-law Linda.

He is survived by: his wife Imogene Alma Bookout; his children, Harley Clifton, Regina Kay (Dennis) and Michel Alan; his siblings, Clarence, Barbara and Louise; and also Terry Bookout (Sandra). He is also survived by Son and good friend Michel, 12 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild, dear cousins, dear nephews and nieces.
