He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Lauderback and Agnes Lauderback; and his brother Donald Lee Lauderback (Susan Lauderback). He is survived by: his wife Susan Thompson; his sons, Michael of New Mexico and Mark of Seattle; his grandchildren, Hunter, Sage and Kate; and his close friend Meg Ballard.
