He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Beaty and Goldie Beaty (Allen); his daughter Donna Ann; his siblings, Bill, Bob Beaty and Betty Morlan; and his son-in-law Chuck Peery.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Beaty; and his children, Jackie Beaty (Beverly), Debbie Peery of Osceola and Linda Bastian (Jim) of Joplin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
