He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett L. Weaver and Naomi Weaver (Mallory). He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Heim of Lamar; his wife Valerie Hallam; his children, Jason (Ronda) and Heather (Devon Magruder); his stepgrandchildren, Cheron Weaver Foley, Ethen Weaver (Caitlin) of Nevada, MO, Jared Stidham, Kaleb Weaver, Levi, Faythe Thurman of Reedsville, WV, Matthew and Haley Thurman; and his great grandchildren, Mark, Cyrus, Zayden Foley, Jensen, Adlyn, Peyten Weaver, Everett, Mason Thurman, Phynixx and Harleigh Stidham. He is also survived by 4 sisters.
