He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Robert Foley (Kathy) and Becky Sloan (Scott) of Dunnegan; his grandchildren, Shaun Sloan (Jennifer) of Dunnegan and Jessica Findlay (Ryan) of Columbia; his great grandchildren, Akili, Max, Shyanne, Dallas and Wesley; and his siblings, Howard Foley of Humansville, Loren Foley of Trenton, Shirley Foley of Chillicothe, Linda Foley of Cameron and Virginia Whitworth of Nevada.
