He is survived by: his parents, Randall Lee Smith of Buffalo and Deborah Kay Witt (Vest) of Caddo Mills, Texas.; his children, Jackson Oliver Smith of Bolivar, Missouri., Brandon, Trinity and Nathan Guffey of Bolivar, Missouri.; his siblings, Deanna Hoelscher (Brandon) of Caddo Mills, Stephanie Glor (Jed) of Buffalo, Robert Smith (Donna) of Excelsior Springs and Samantha Peterman (Tad) of Willard, Missouri.; and his uncles, Cliff Vest (Angie) of Marshfield and Jerry (JB).
