He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephrum Roberts and Pearl Tracy Roberts (Wills); his wife Mary Francis Roberts (Atkinson); and his siblings, Jeanette Fuqua, JoAnn Granger and Tommie Roberts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Lenore Jennings (James Jay) of Sheldon, MO and Janette Lois Hobson (Doug) of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Ben Howard and Patsy Huntsman of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Ashley Hobson of Charlotte, NC, Jennifer Denig of Albuquerque, NM and Jeanette Aliday of Thompson Falls, MT. He is also survived by two great-grandsons; and numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cedar County Memorial Hospital or the Missouri Veteran's Home in Mt. Vernon and left at the funeral home.
