She is survived by: her husband George Allen Cunningham; her adoptive children, Jaxden, Brenley and Timber; her daughter Stacey; her siblings, Diana Stiver of Willard, MO, Ronald Amick (Anita) and Sandra Davey (Larry) of Iantha, MO; and her grandchildren, Brenna Cunningham, Michael Keith, Bobbie Ruth (Steven), Riley, Ryder and Everly.
