It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Perkins (El Dorado Springs, Missouri), born in Osceola, Missouri, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dukes and Glenn Dukes (Moore); her husband J. B. Perkins; and her siblings, Noma Wisner, Herbert, Harold (Shorty), Richard, Jack and Bill.
She is survived by: her son David (Kaye); her niece Doris Wheeler; her grandchildren, Margaret Dieckhoff (Drew), Patrick Perkins (Lindsay) and Karen Johnson (Craig); and her great grandchildren, Brynner, Bryce Dieckhoff, Elder, Sayer, Stevie Perkins, Rowan, Bennett, Emersyn and Hackett Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
