She is survived by: her mother Arleen May "Windmoeller" Penington; her husband Jeffrey Scott Tipton; her mother-in-law Billie Tipton of Oregon; her children, Candi Sue, Robert Franklin Anders II (Tammy Priest) and Aaron Lee Anders (April) of Cameron, MO; her grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob Oesterling of Cameron, MO, Angel Anders of Catoosa, OK, Joshua Anders of Bethany, MO, Lil Aaron Anders (Kylie) of Gallatin, MO and Amber Anders of Cameron, MO; and her siblings, Ernest "Ernie" Penington, Anthony "Tony" Penington and Melanie Anderson.
