She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Wilson Blakely, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Donna Kay Waterhouse (Schlotzhauer); her husband Paul Johnson; her children, Adam (Meagan), Jeremiah and Hannah; her adoptive father Greg Wright; and her siblings, Kevin Harms (Sue), Randy Harms (Tracy), Blake Waterhouse and Chauntae Waterhouse. She is also survived by many extended family members; and a host of dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a fund for the family in care of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
