He is proceeded in death by father, Robert G Vessey, maternal grandfather Darrel B Mogan, and paternal grandmother Diana Moore
He is survived by his maternal grandmother Vera Mogan (Lovewell) his mother Carolyn Vessey (Mogan) and partner Andrew Fogle
