She is survived by: her siblings, Carlos Harley, Margaret Ellen (Hinkle) and William Wayne; and her nieces and nephews, Beverly, Linda, Leroy, Keith, Norman and Donald. She is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews and many friends.
