He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlow Hendrix and Lucille Hendrix (Post); his brother Larry; his wife Kathy; and his stepson Troy.

He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy, Joe and Jeff; and his children, Scott, Todd, Kim, Terry, Shannon and Taylor. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
