He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ralls and Verna Ralls (Mater); and his siblings, Ronald Ralls, Joseph Ralls and Joan Williams.
He is survived by: his former wife Linda Wittry; his wife Linda Ralls; his son Royce D. Ralls, Jr. (Debbie) of Lawson; his stepdaughter Daphne Pauldin (Anthony) of Mint Hill; his grandchildren, Joshua Ralls (Heather), Ryan Ralls, Olivia Pauldin and Miles Pauldin; his great grandchild Ryleigh Ralls; and his sister-in-law Betty Ralls of Trenton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
