He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Utley and Lorene Utley; and his siblings, Carol Puhl and Don Utley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Mason; his children, Deborah White (Tracy) of Shawnee, Tammy Shields, Terri Sweeney of Parkville, Steven Utley (Chris) and Rick Utley (Janet) of Independence; and his brother Dennis Utley of Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
