He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Louis and Betty Jean Reed Kinsel. He is survived by: his sister Debra Kay Payton of Quincy, IL; his nephew Kevin (Jessica Payton); his great-nephews, Dennis Chase Payton and Kaley KayLynn Payton; his great-niece Parker James Payton; and his close friends, Phillip Spory, Von Snow, Wayne Ray, Kim Smith and Richard Hettinger.
Memorials in memory of Mike may be made to the Linville Cemetery, the Knox County Nutrition Center or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
