He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Edward and Wilma Constance Stice Blake; his wife Harriet Mae Whitmire; his sons, Leon Clifford Blake and Nicholas Wayne Blake; his siblings, Donald Edward Blake, Billy Dean Blake, Charles Eldon Blake and Wilma Laree Burkhart; and his great grandchild Grace Olivia Kay Forbis.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Eric Blake (Andrea) of Edina, MO and Shari Annette Cline (Marty) of Titusville, FL; his daughter-in-law Vicky Blake of Moscow Mills, MO; and his siblings, Robert Blake (Pat) of Quincy, IL, Nadine Parrott of Wichita, KS and Peggy Motter of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
